I have zero formal training. I am learning as I go. I have a background in doing what needs done. I would consider what I make a form of underground art. I find that making films is a good way to learn how to collaborate with others.

More about me as a person:

• In film-making, most of my experience so far has been in writing, directing, editing, and camera operation.
• I often create things because I feel compelled to. I think creative impulse travels along the same circuits in the brain as addiction. But like, I also create things because it's fun to make art with your friends, you know?
• My other pastimes include sewing, making collage art, baking, cooking for my friends, hosting movie nights, and doing cross-stitch.
• I don't have any social media (including no letterboxd). BUT I do track every movie I've watched or want to watch in a big spreadsheet on my computer : )
• I will never use AI in a creative project, ever. It wastes water and has zero fucking swag.
